River, one of the most picturesque rivers in Australia.
- Visit up to 4 wineries - including family wineries, small
boutique wineries. Choose from a wide range of quality wines
and sample some of Australia’s best.
- Learn about Winemaking - Whilst enjoying a private wine tasting.
Try Shiraz, Semillon, Chardonay, Cabernet Savignon and Verdelho.
As well as fortified wines such as Port and Liquors.
- Cellar Door Wines - As well as tasting wines that are available
around Australia and overseas, taste the wines that are only
sold at the wineries Cellar Doors.
- Visit The Hunter Valley Cheese Company - Taste delicious
Hunter Valley cheeses such as Marinated Chevre, Hunter Valley
Gold Washed Rind or Pokolbin Potted and Ported Blue.
- Lunch - Have a gourmet lunch in one of Hunter's restaurants
or a relaxing picnic lunch in the serene lower Hunter Valley.
